We ask that you RSVP by May 1st! You can do so by filling out the form using this link: Just type in your name and the rest of your party will appear! Unfortunately, our venue cannot accommodate additional guests. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. Any children invited will be specified on your RSVP form. We encourage you to use this as a fun evening or night out for yourselves!

Please plan to arrive no earlier than an hour, but by 4:30. This will allow the shuttles enough time to take everyone to the ceremony location. The final shuttle from the parking area will depart for the ceremony at 4:30 pm. Please note if you arrive after 4:30 pm, you may be asked to join others guests at the reception at the conclusion of the ceremony.

For GPS, please use 240 Hidden Pastures Drive, Fleetwood, NC 28626. From Boone - take Hwy 421 N out of Boone. Turn onto Hwy 221 N. In 6.6 miles, turn right onto Paul Goodman Rd. At the end of Paul Goodman Road (Approx 2 miles), you will see the sign and entrance for Hidden Pastures Farm. Please continue up the private drive until you reach our parking lot entrance. There will be attendants there to direct you as to where to park and the shuttles will be waiting to take you to the ceremony.
